There are so many unique spots and hidden gems to get incredible photos for your wedding day at the Deity Wedding Venue. If you aren’t into a hotel ball room or a cold warehouse the Deity Wedding Venue might be perfect for you. Warm and inviting with a whole lot of Brooklyn’s historic charm.
Lauren and Andres certainly had a vision for their wedding day aesthetic. Their wedding team perfectly married modern beauty with classic elegance. We loved the richness that their florals brought. The warm lush arrangements and installations Lauren, Andres and her floral team created complimented the tones of the dim candles and historic brick that was already at the venue. Lauren floated down the aisle in a dress that had a modern bodice, but classic silhouette. At the top of the aisle she met her husband-to-be in a perfectly appointed to black tux.
There are so many exquisite photos of Lauren and Andres together. Their portraits in front of the textured velvet curtains in the getting-ready suite are a knock-out. One of the things that stood out in this album was how the guests looked like they were enjoying each others’ company. Looking around the dining room there was nothing but smile and laughter.
Towards the end of the night, while DJ Ben lit up the dance floor, the dessert table was engrossed by guests grabbing at all the delicious baked goods that Lauren and Andres so thoughtfully picked. For hours, the dance floor sparkled with joy for the happy couple.
Wedding Review from Lauren and Andres
We recently got married at Deity in November 2023, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire day – it was perfect! From start, when we first visited the venue in December 2022, to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, and we wanted to share our thoughts and gratitude.
The wedding venue itself is simply breathtaking. The moment we stepped into Deity Events, you could tell it holds so much unique charm and elegance. The space comes already beautifully designed, which was helpful as we did not need tons of floral arrangements/extra decorations. We were thrilled to receive countless compliments from our guests about the ambiance, and the different floors really gave the whole night a special type of vibe. The stairs were not a problem for our guests.
The food at Deity Events was outstanding. From the initial food tasting to the reception, every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. We received numerous compliments from our friends and family about the quality and variety of the menu.
A special shout out is for the bridal suite – the top floor area that we reserved for the entire day. We cannot understate how great this space was – we spent literally all day there, starting at 10am, for getting ready, photos, etc. It is so perfect and everything you need!
We also want to give a special shoutout to the DJ BenHaMeen who absolutely crushed the music throughout the whole evening. The energy and enthusiasm translated onto the dance floor and our guests had an incredible time dancing the night away, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Lastly, we want to express our appreciation to Anna, the onsite coordinator at Deity. Anna’s professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication made the entire wedding planning process so much more manageable. She was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance. Thank you, Anna!
Truly – our wedding at Deity Events was an absolute dream come true. It had everything we were looking for – in NYC, inclusive and with character. We highly recommend Deity to any couple looking for a wedding venue that exceeds expectations in every way.
