These photos of Samantha and Jose’s Sweet Brooklyn Wedding were captured by SX Studios in NYC. On a sunny summer day that encapsulated the mood of this couple and their adorable Wedding. Before the ceremony, they got some sweeping shots of Downtown Manhattan at the Brooklyn Heights Promenade. As you can tell from the photos, these two are a lot of fun.
After the fun photo pre-Weddign photo shoot, the crew made way for Deity Brooklyn Wedding Venue. The Bride and Groom exchanged their vows in a light-filled Loft space. The custom made Chuppah was created by Stems Brooklyn. Consisting of ferns, birch branches, and sparkling vine balls, this one-of-a-kind Chuppah provided the natural style backdrop that suited this couple.
After the Ceremony, the guests enjoyed a passed-food dinner reception on the Lounge level of the venue. Bites consisted of BBQ pulled pork sliders with rustic cole slaw, kobe beef sliders, lobster rolls, and saffron aioli crab cakes. Catering was provided by Deity’s in-house executive chef, Jason Bunin. A sign-in book for the reception was actually done on the game of Jenga! And simple floral and colored vase arrangements complimented the stained glass art of the space.
And then it was on to the EPIC dessert table on the Cellar floor of Deity! First up for the cake cutting was a One Girl Cookie 2-tier Wedding Cake. Surrounded by Dough donuts stacked in towers, cupcakes by Little Cupcake Bakeshop, and Eileen’s Special Cheesecake. All arranged and accented on rustic wood slab trays.
This energetic crew continued into the night with a dance party. DJ Trauma, Deity’s house DJ. Parting gifts were flash drives in the form of Old School Mixtapes. The fun-filled nature of the couple was complimented by the no-fuss feeling of the entire evening. It was definitely a night to remember.
